Dean Lewis
Dean Lewis is an Australian singer and songwriter. He is best known for his 2016 single, “Waves”, which peaked at number two on the ARIA Singles Chart.
Lewis began his musical career as a drummer in various bands. He then turned to songwriting and performing, releasing his debut EP, Same Kind of Different, in 2014. The EP includes the single “Waves”, which was certified 5× platinum in Australia.
Lewis’ debut album, A Place We Knew, was released in 2019 and peaked at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart. The album includes the singles “Be Alright” and “Stay Awake”, which were both certified platinum in Australia.
On Friday September 22nd, 2023, Dean Lewis will be performing at the Newport Music Hall in Columbus, Ohio. Tickets for the show go on sale Friday June 23rd, 2023 at 10am.
